1.

2.
Nomination Fees are as Follows: One
time Entry fee of $25.00 + $5.00 office
charge (total of $30.00) Postmarked by: June 30th, 2007 or If
postmarked July 1st – August 31st, 2007 the fee is
$50.00 + $5.00 office charge (total of $ 55.00)
If postmarked by September 15th 2007 the fee is $150.00 +
$5.00 office charge (total of $155.00) or a $5.00 sustaining fee must be paid by
June 30th 2007 or with late fee $30.00 by August 30th, 2007
or $150.00 + $5.00 office charge by September 15th, 2007.

Once entries are made there are NO
substitutions or refunds.
3.
Owner and Handler must be a MWHA member in
good standings with MWHA, and all
Breed Associations.
4. Copies
of Both sides of registration papers MUST accompany forms! (Incomplete
forms will NOT be accepted! If you have a Grade Horse, please contact the
stallion owner for Identification forms.
5.
Any class many be split at the discretion of the Stallion Committee.
Any decisions regarding unforeseen circumstances, will be ruled on by the
MWHA Stallion Committee & MWHA Board of Directors, decisions made will be
for the best interest of all parties.
Please
make copies of all entry forms for your records, or other class entry forms
needed.
